In today’s fast paced life we often don’t have enough time in our daily schedule to squeeze in everything. On-line training is the latest convenience in the virtual world to serve as an “assistant”. Many people, just like you, from all walks of life are hiring personal trainers to provide fitness programs via e-mail. Ready to start! When you subscribe to online personal training you will receive a welcome e-mail from me with your personalized user name and password. This will give you access to your own private workout calendar.
The initial e-mail will include easy to fill out forms that will assist me in building your unique training and nutrition program. My number one priority is designing a safe and effective training program for you. If you have any specific medical conditions I will fax a medical release form to your personal physician to get medical clearance for you to start an exercise program.
Depending on the training package you choose, we will have an initial fitness consultation via a scheduled chat appointment or I will design a program based on the forms you filled out.
You will have the training and nutrition program within 48 hours of signing up with pro physique fitness. You can simply print out your workout and take it to your local fitness center or you can view the exercise program at home and its videos online. Your fitness routine is designed using equipment that you have available and each workout can be completed at home, in your office, at the gym, or while
traveling.
